Welcome to the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) of Mangaldai College The SGRC functions under the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, and is committed to addressing genuine grievances of students effectively and confidentially.

What is SGRC?
The SGRC is a dedicated body that ensures students' concerns related to academics, campus life, administration, student services and more are resolved promptly. It acts as a bridge between students, departments, and administration.

Grievance Submission System

Mechanism of Grievance Redressal

A complaint from an aggrieved student relating to the institution shall be addressed to the Chairperson, Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC).
In considering the grievances before it, the SGRC shall follow principles of natural justice.
The SGRC shall send its report with recommendations, if any, to the college authority and a copy thereof to the aggrieved student, preferably within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
Any student aggrieved by the decision of the SGRC may prefer an appeal to the Ombudsperson (available at university), within 15 days from the date of receipt of such decision.
